I want to enjoy it but please dev add an option for UI scaling for people with bad eyes
I am so glad to see you release your game!!! The most obvious thing for me to point out is as always your art is the best, I really like how everything in this game looks. I'm not super good at the gameplay but I'm gonna keep coming crawling back to it because I love orb go pop games and you did a great job keeping it interesting and engaging. I'm a shrimple man.
Devil Peach Soda is a genuinely unique Puzzle Rougelike that triggers all the happy chemicals in my brain. Everything from the gameplay, to the art, and the music just clicked with me even after only a few runs. The game is also hard. Very hard. I personally enjoy the challenge, but things get chaotic fast and I can see a lot of players being overwhelmed. I've followed the creator for a bit so I already knew the art was gonna be great, and they're style translates beautifully to being pixelated. The music is probably not gonna be everyone's cup of tea, but it really fits the frantic gameplay. The only real gripe I have so far is with some minor bugs and a bit of jank with the parry system. Sometimes I swear I parried something correctly only to get smacked. Not a dealbreaker though, and I imagine these will get ironed out in time. Overall a great game I feel I'll lose a lot of time on.
girlpizza destroyed me so 10/10!! i feel like this is a game i can sink a lot of time into which is GREAT
i'm still learning but it's pretty good. also: artist, your style translates to pixel art well, both at large and small scale! girlpizza
can not open in steamdeck. please add chinese. just use ai should be fine...

Devil Peach Soda costs half as much as I thought It'd be (at the time of this review) and delivers twice the enjoyment I thought I'd get out of it. While in early access, the game is surprisingly polished. The spritework is so beautiful that it'll have you saying "woah, burger". That's worth the price of admission alone. Breaking orbs sounds good and looks good. The accompanying music tracks are pretty good too - they're catchy enough where I'm still thinking about em. The gameplay loop itself is pretty thoughtfully balanced as well. You're eased into things gradually and are given encounters that help you practice certain core mechanics. Weapons are varied, fun to use, and there's plenty of tool tips laid out where every status / effect / buff has an explanation. Mostly. Now, there is room for improvement. But as it stands I think there's nowhere to go but up. At the time of purchase …

But as it stands I think there's nowhere to go but up. At the time of purchase I ran into a gamebreaking bug where the pause menu uh... instead crashed the game, but that was fixed within 24 hours! While I like the music, more tracks would be nice. I'm sure adding more of everything is planned anyway. I also had difficulty understanding certain mechanics like parrying at first, but i'm unsure if that's lack of clarity on the game's part or the fault of the pause bug forcing me to restart a few times. A codex or something where you can reread tutorials would be cool. Anyways, please give the game a try! There ain't much yet but what's there tastes pretty good.
This game is incredibly addicting, for someone who's not very good at orb games I got better quite quickly after many failed attempts. The art is this game is absolutely incredible and eye catching (plus everyone is hot as ♥♥♥♥). There's so many different weapons and magic items to choose from you can get a real good selection to really help with the later levels. 10/10 I want Peaches to step on me!!!
{Please add Russian as a language option; the game is excellent}
A healthy amount of difficulty and options to make it easier or harder with variables. early access amount of items and weapons to play around with. I grew up loving the bust-a-move games and not amazing at them but would get excited figuring out the strategies. The art style and the music goes crazy and I really enjoy the writing so far. Cant wait to get off work and play more.
This is fun and seems to be a genuinely novel design for a puzzle game? Run based puzzle bobble kind of deal with weapons and spells? I didn't think anyone could invent an actually new kind of puzzle game in two thousand and twenty six
So far I think the game has good bones and is really, really fun (even though I suck at it) Stuff I liked: I think the art is really cute, especially the pre-boss portraits. Everyone looks so darn cute! Music was great! Found a couple that I'd honestly listen to on their own but there was like a couple songs I didn't enjoy. I loved the weapon power system a lot. Personally I think the bow and the lightning spell is my favorite combo; Nuke a cluster of orbs with the spell then break the chain with bow. Really excited to try other combos later! Stuff I found a little strange: I have no idea if it's a skill issue on my part or what but stuff gets a little too difficult after the first couple of bosses. Orbs and adds just start piling up way too fast and I felt like I have no time to react. Could just be me being bad but it was something I noticed. Found a *few* bugs, nothing game bre…

Found a *few* bugs, nothing game breaking thankfully. A couple of times during my Assassin run, my character would just stop moving randomly when I was trying to dodge stuff. It would happen sometimes after I throw an orb near the middle of the screen too so I have no idea what the cause is exactly. All in all it's really fun and I'm excited to see what gets added in the future!
