Raise the 65535 save-header limit so XCOM 2 / War of the Chosen can read saves from heavily modded campaigns. This is a TOOL, not a loadable mod. It patches one byte of XCom2.exe, after which the game reads saves whose header exceeds the old 64 KiB ceiling
