Avoid Save Corruption (Uninstall mods safely)

Prevents save corruption when uninstalling CONTENT mods(items, recipes, etc). The items will just simply vanish. Untested with factions/planets/missions. It will probably not work with these. Incompatible with any mod that changes how save loading works.
