采用更好的策略分配管理村民产业，并采用极其先进的非升即走方式向世界输送人才。产业分配上，主事优先安排对应身份，没有的话就会选拔合适的主事，学徒方面智能分配调遣，不做无用的重分配，培养村民尽量不影响产业进度，尽量符合其最高资质来分配——原版的自动上人有多弱智我已经不想描述了，总之这里优化很多。踢人方面，在保留一定的冗员的情况下自动向社会输送人才，可选输送方式：原版踢人、转送其心仪门派或根据其资质选择门派或城镇。
