I will still probably finish this game because it is very cute and enjoyable content-wise but right now I couldn't recommend it to a friend. The game is very laggy for me and I tried flipping various settings on and off to see if it'd help but with no luck. Granted, my gaming laptop is 7 years old at this point but I just booted up Toem 1 and there was zero stuttering. Basically, if you're on an older/weaker machine, consider waiting for some bug fixes first.

Toem 2 is very sweet, just like its predecessor. The game feels like it was rushed a little bit, but overall I still enjoyed it. I would give the original toem 10/10, no notes, go play it. This game feels closer to 7/10 for me. I'd love to see future updates expand upon the game more though! Music is stellar, sound design is great, art is iconic as ever, third dimension is neat, and everything felt fluid to play. As for specific critique (minor spoilers perhaps? Nothing specific but general things): - While I enjoyed it, I couldn't help but feeling like it was a less cohesive overall experience. Each area felt unique, certainly, but disconnected in a way that the first game didn't. But I'm curious to see whether those who play toem 2 first enjoy the original toem more.
In terms of visuals, map design and mechanics, TOEM 2 is a direct upgrade to the first game. I also can not stress enough how good the soundtrack is. However, TOEM 2 feels a bit too easy and way too short compared to the original. It felt like the game was missing one or two destinations as the final area is essentially just an epilogue. With that said, TOEM 2 remains a delightful experience.
Oyun güzel ancak eksik gibi. Bulmacalar fazla kolay ve içerik oldukça az. 100% başarım 3-3.5 saatte rahatlıkla yapılabilir. Oyunun fiyatından dolayı kısa olduğunu tahmin etmiştim ancak 40% larında olduğumu düşünürken oyun bitti. Bulmacalarda da herhalde oyunun türü bulmaca değil basit eğlence olduğundan fazla kolay ama en azından üzerinde 1-2 dakika düşünülmesi gereken birkaç tane bulmaca eklenebilirdi. TOEM 2 indie için büyük bir ekip sonunda geçilemeyen uzun bir credits kısmı var o yüzden kısa olması ayrı bir üzdü. Umarım TOEM 3 düşünüyorlarsa bu oyunun en az 3 katı yaparlar ki bu güzel seri bu oyunla bitmez.
TOEM 2 is everything I hoped for in a sequel. I loved the first game, and I'm happy to say I enjoyed this one just as much. The photography-based exploration is as fun and relaxing as ever, with plenty of charming characters, enjoyable quests, and reasons to explore every corner of the world. One of my favorite things about the sequel is that it keeps the classic character style from the original while introducing beautiful 3D environments. It feels familiar and fresh at the same time, preserving the unique charm of TOEM while expanding the world in a meaningful way. If you enjoyed the first game, this is an easy recommendation. It's a cozy, wholesome adventure that captures everything that made TOEM special while adding its own touches.

Just like the first one, it's a lovely experience. The only thing bad about this one though is that it is way shorter than the first game. That's really it. I'd still say, play it if you love the first game.
真的很喜欢toem！从1就特别喜欢玩法和画风，特别治愈，所以2刚出就来玩了，这一代还是一如既往的精巧，也有新的玩法，隐藏更多了，还是很不错的！就是流程有点短，但是还是很喜欢！
It's the (sequel to the) moomin photography game we all deserve. The dialogue is immense. Especially in Swedish.
Tout comme le premier TOEM, j'ai passé un excellent moment. J'ai trouvé les mises en scènes améliorées par rapport au premier opus ainsi que les musiques. Cependant il est encore plus court que celui-ci, l'humour absurde est moins poussé et les énigmes moins complexes. Je recommande tout de même, TOEM 1 et 2 sont des jeux vraiment chills qui font passer de bons moments !
Le jeu est vraiment bien. Les musiques, le gameplay, les décors. Je suis un peu triste que le jeu soit aussi court.
还不错的作品，但高开低走，每个城镇的支线任务越来越少谁敢信！？ 玩到水管城脸色不对了，刚想吐槽点什么，结果游戏已经结束了？？这体量对吗？ 结局也没品，三脚架固定视角根本拍不到TOEM，何机位。。。？这踏马只能拍到IUCIVI！真的气笑了。 总体来说算好游戏吧，给前两个镇一点面子。但没有一代带给我的感动，打回去重做！赶紧把DLC端上来吧，
