Cool and iconic tile-placing puzzle game with great gameplay mechanics! I also very much appreciate the monthly "challenges" with their own rules and stuff. If you didn't know: this game is also available as a board game for your home, family and/or friends. However, it's much easier to play on a computer (etc.), since all the counting of points and stuff is done for you so comfortably. Plus: you don't have to clean up after playing either :D On the other hand, there's one thing the board game does better: the optics. Even just the basic version has much brighter and such "friendlier" looking tiles, as well as the small add-ons (mills and Wetterau - referring to a region in Germany). The asian variation ("Sakura") also has its merits, however it might be a little too pinkish for my eyes :D The most beautiful version definitely will be the upcoming South Seas variation - THAT's a skin I would absolutely want to buy for this game for my PC. I am SO hoping for this amazing oceanic look to be added as a pack! Of course I have already snatched the medieval biome pack, but nothing beats the beauty of ocean water and beaches in my opinion :) Oh, and if you enjoy games like that, you might consider giving Pan'orama a try - it's not a simple "clone" despite also being based on placing (much smaller) hexagon tiles with landscape- and building themes though.
